There is not a lot you need to leave Tres Amigo RV Park for, peddlers bring most of what we require. We get two different fesh fruita y verdura (fruit and veggie) vendors a day, and 2 Agua Purificado (purified water) trucks. More sell pescado y camorron (fish and shrimp), tortias y tomales as well as art, t shirts and table cloths. They even pick up your dirty laundry if you want.

Yesterday, (after the dusty road in here) I was happy to pay 2 workers 300 pesos ( about $27.) to get our coach washed and wiped down( remember the $97 I paid in Edmonton). They did a great job!

Right behind them came  vendors doing a good business selling outdoor plants. But the classic one for me was a vendor selling home made ice cream. He comes through once a week and takes your order and returns the next with your favorite flavored ice cream for 55 pesos (about $5) per quart.  So don’t come a knocking today after 5:30 today. We’ll be locked in the coach, with the blinds down, enjoying  our quart of Kahlua and Vanilla.
