See the fancy new tires on our Bicycle Built For Two? So here’s how they got there: As I promised I went to the bike store, credit card in hand, but instead of getting them to fix it, I asked for some advice (not often I do that). Turns out I do know how to change a bike tire, all I need are the correct parts. So now our tandem is sporting two new Armadillo Kevlar tires (the stuff they make bullet proof vests out of) with 2 new tubes. With a little luck we should be good for miles, especially because I bought lots of tire patches while I was there.
Oh, one more thing; I did not shed one drop if blood doing this handy kind of job. Now you are impressed, right?

I was on a web site the other day called Alexa. It’s claim to fame is that it ranks other websites. For example Yahoo is the most popular, so it’s number ONE. What’s Amazing Vanstones you ask? We rank number 229,545,646. Boy does that put you in your place. Every time another 230 million people click on Yahoo, one person clicks on vstone.ca. And sometimes that one person is me. I guess that’s why I’m not getting any calls from Micro Soft yet.

Saturday Night Mar and I went down to the Marina, sat on the patio and had a great meal, a good bottle of wine and reunited after many weeks of making the big move to the coach. As of dinner last night we are officially done. No more talk, now it’s for real. We are homeless, No fixed address, Gypsies, we’ve got all the titles covered. It feels great!
Is this place drop dead gorgeous or what?
