I Finally Did It

April 30th, 2008

My original thought way back was that this website was going to be a spot for information useful to RV purchasors and owners. Turns out I’ve been having so much fun with amazing vanstones the serious side never even got started. Last Wednesday I placed my rear in gear and got at it. You can see what’s happened to it so far here: RVQuestions I plan to keep adding to both my sites all most daily. right now questions is sitting on wordpress but soon will have it’s own web address. You will be able to read it at www.rvquestions.net But not yet, there’s nothing there(kinda like my wallet).

By the way; They say it’s a 5 minute process to set up your own Wordpress Blog and they’re right. I was blogging in minutes. If you want to set one up, let me know I’ll walk you through the process.

Signs of Spring

April 30th, 2008

The signs of Spring seem to come more slowly this year. The dogs and I just got back from a big walk at 50 Point and saw our first Dandelion patch. I was so-so with it but the dogs were really excited. They both just couldn’t wait to water them.
Dandelion Wine anyone?
Waiter, more wine for my friends. Cheers everyone.

Sunday Morning Run

April 27th, 2008

A beautiful Sunday morning in Grimsby and we decided to head out for a run. It was a great run and turned into a tour of places in Grimsby where we have made major investments over the last 5 or 6 years.

We headed off towards downtown only to come upon the Grimsby Beer Store. A few more blocks and there was Niagara Wine & Brew. We’ve certainly invested thousands there over the years. Next we passed Teddy’s Food, Fun & Brew, we had our first beer and sandwich lunch in Grimsby there…ah, the memories. On our way to The Judge and Jesters, our new favorite, we looked across to see the TD CANADA TRUST bank. Once and awhile we have actually put some in there too, you know, retirement and stuff. On our way home we ran over the pedestrian bridge across gorgeous 40 Mile Creek, they named a very good quality rye after that creek. After that it was past the Museum (we’ll get there someday) and home. An absolutely gorgeous one hour run through our favorite town and didn’t stop at any of them. We were early, none of them were open.

Wish you could have joined us.
